Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹499 and above — free shipping
- Orders below ₹499 — flat ₹49
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed
after 2:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of India — 4 to 7 working days
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Remote pin codes may
take longer.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours
of the dispatch confirmation, write to us.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents.
If something goes wrong
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, marked delivered but not received, or arrives
damaged, email us at info@millermayers.com within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was
incomplete or nobody was available across three delivery attempts, we’ll refund the order value
less the shipping cost incurred.
